To serve our clients' needs and enhance the safety of their property, the ActionVest Management Corp. maintenance and management staff is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year. We train our employees to respond to any and all emergency situations.

During the hours of 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. the management office handles all phone calls through our centralized telephone system. If during this time an emergency occurs, a maintenance staff member is immediately notified via two-way radio or alphanumeric page message.

During the hours of 5:00 P.M. to 8:30 A.M. (after-hours), the management office forwards all phone lines to an answering service. When an emergency occurs, the answering service immediately pages the on-call maintenance staff member.
